As an aging professional guitarist I'm feeling the long-term impact of 35 years of repetitive movements. What's more is that I suffered a bad accident as a child that broke my left wrist/arm in several places, the effects of which have been a constant battle. For the most part I have been able to keep the muscles and tendons of my left/fret hand healthy throughout the years by way of persistent stretching and maintenance exercises. That being said I am now at a point in life where my age is starting to factor in and there is ongoing soreness and tightness in my wrist and forearm. I came across the Luna Hand Massager while searching on the internet for compression arm bands. I did a bit more research, read lots of reviews, and purchased the Luna. I'm glad to say that it has been very helpful in alleviating the soreness in my wrist and elbow. It exerts a lot more pressure than I was expecting (which is a good thing) and it's nice to be able to use it when I'm just watching TV or visiting with family.
